Skippers will need to sign a "Damage Responsibility Agreement" in which they assume responsibility for serious damage incurred by their actions up to a maximum of $1000.00. Minor damage, such as gel coat damage from incidental contact, will be covered through a "damage slush fund". The philosophy that we need to adopt for this initiative is one of "Don't Hit". It's imperative that we protect the chartered assets to the best of our abilities.
