Each evenings schedule:

5:00 - 5:30: Chalk Talk
5:45 - 8:00: On the Water
8:00 - 9:00: Debrief with Munchies on the front deck

Clinics will take place in our recently purchased J-22s, on La Playa Cove

Participate as a Sailor for $200/ 7 week session

Learn to become a Judge/Umpire or PRO / Race Committee free of charge.

Come train with and learn from the best, or simply come and septate.

This summer San Diego Yacht Club is hosting it's second annual Summer Match Race Clinic. Tuesday nights from July 7th through August 11th and Saturday August 15th from 11-5 we'll have Match Races in La Playa Cove racing our NEW J-22s. Sound interesting? We're looking for people who are interested in participating as racers, race committee and umpires, no experience needed.

Skippers and Crew: Sign up and submit your resume. A Selection Committee will review your application and you'll be sailing in no time.

PRO's and Race Committee: Fine tune your race committee skills as a PRO, or come learn more about the race committees role and Match Racing. You'll become an instrumental part in building the infrastructure to support Match Racing at SDYC for the long term.

Umpires in Training: Sign up and learn the skills of being an Umpire. You'll become an instrumental part in building the infrastructure to support Match Racing at SDYC for the long term.
